The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being very close to Patio Savassi Shopping Centre, which made shopping convenient for the kids. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day of sightseeing. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.
We noticed the rooms could use a little TLC, though they were still quite modern and clean.

We had a fantastic time enjoying lunch at the hotel restaurant, which offered a variety of tasty dishes. The location was also perfect for exploring nearby attractions, making it easy to take our two teenagers to Thermas do Vale for a day of fun and giant slides.
My kids wished for more fresh fruits at breakfast.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the delicious breakfast and the cozy, well-kept room. The garden offered a peaceful spot to unwind with some comfy seating and beautiful greenery. Just a heads up, room service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, it was a great stay! 🌼

The room felt comfortable, with a decent layout, but the bedding lacked freshness. I noticed the air conditioning was a bit loud, which interrupted my sleep once or twice. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a good variety of options, though it got crowded during peak hours. Staff at the reception were super helpful when I needed my boarding passes printed quickly. I enjoyed the location quite a bit. it was close to Pátio Savassi Shopping Centre, making it easy to grab food and shop nearby. However, I wished the WiFi connection had been steadier for working during my stay. Room cleaning could have been more thorough, as I didn't see much attention to detail. The experience had ups and downs, but I still found it to be enjoyable overall.

The Deluxe Quadruple Room was decent overall. It was nice and spacious, but the bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The sound insulation worked well enough, and I appreciated that hot water came out quickly. But honestly, it felt a little worn out. Also, I noticed the air conditioning could be quieter. Breakfast had a good selection, which was a plus.

A Comforting Stay with Room for Improvement
The room was cozy and clean. however, the restaurant's menu could use some exciting options. Internet connectivity was a challenge, making remote work nearly impossible. For a quiet stay, ask for a room away from the elevators. Overall, an enjoyable experience but with some hiccups.

Recommend it for couples
Had a great time here, especially the hot water that really came out fast, and connecting to WiFi was smoother than expected, just like at home! I also really appreciated the late check-out at 2 PM. It just made our departure feel less rushed and more relaxed, which is crucial for winding down after a trip.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but considering the perks, it felt fair enough.

This place was a solid selection for a brief sojourn in Belo Horizonte with good value for cost. The bed was comfortable enough, not perfect but I managed to get decent rest during my stay. Bring your own toiletries as those provided were pretty basic.

Absolutely loved the spacious Standard Double Room and the exceptionally helpful staff! The included breakfast was a delightful spread, despite it getting crowded around 8 AM. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the shopping centre and plenty of tasty restaurants nearby.
Need better WiFi.

missingWrote a review on 13 Marhandy locationstrong wifiroom cleanliness
The location is quite handy, with multiple dining options nearby and the bustling Pátio Savassi Shopping Centre just a stone's throw away. The rooms come equipped with strong WiFi, making it easier to stay connected while on the move.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. I found my bedding unwashed, which isn't a great start after a long day. Breakfast could use improvement, particularly the coffee quality, which didn't meet the local standards. Even though the handheld bidet was a unique feature, it leaked and wasn't exactly user-friendly. The air conditioning system seemed to have temperature inaccuracies which were a bit irritating.
